No cap, I’ve always wanted to eat lutefisk. Also, apparently the Lutefisk capital of the world is now in the Midwest. The Scandinavians who settled in Minnesota and the surrounding areas actually kept that tradition alive more than the folks in Europe. It’s a really amazing story.
