Superb. For many depressing reasons, your query about whether he is a member of the Royal Family really hits home. Al Fayed, Savile, Prince Andrew himself - it does not look good for that family, but - hey - now Charles is King, let's forget about all the dodgy friends. So many people protecting so many scandals.

I actually don't know it. Heard a rumor it deals with jail.

That's correct: "The acronym NONCE stands for 'not on normal courtyard exercise', according to the documentary, and apparently was first coined at the jail in Yorkshire." His Majesty's Prison Wakefield, so my end of the country. We always were good with words.

Basically, it was prison warder language for "don't let them get beaten up or killed by the other prisoners..." This, of course, has not always worked...

The creepiness factor was off the fucking scales on this one. I had to stop halfway. Those face alterations look too much like a swollen corpse or something.
